How can I make the most out of my Membership?

Maximising your Membership involves regular participation in coaching sessions, active engagement in our community forums, and applying the shared strategies and tools within your organisation. We also recommend connecting with fellow members to share experiences and insights.

What is included in the 12-month Membership?

The membership includes access to a private online platform where monthly online, live, group coaching sessions, peer support community forums, and special events are available.  Members can sign up at any time.

What are the benefits of being a Member?

The Membership offers a range of benefits, including professional development and wellbeing opportunities, networking with peers, access to experienced guidance and resources, member rates, and the chance to contribute to a supportive community dedicated to progressing disability support services.

Why this, why now?

Humanly has worked with more than 700 participants from more than 75 disability support organisations since 2020 and understands our sector is complex and our workforce is challenged in many ways, despite the hard work and commitment of support services.  The Being Humanly Membership is an opportunity for you and your organisation to be supported as you continue, and maintain momentum of, your service transformation journey to enable good lives for everyone.

Is there a trial period for the Membership?

We want you to be confident in your decision to join our community. While we don't offer a trial period, we're transparent about what the Membership includes and are here to answer any questions you might have before joining.

How often are the online live group coaching sessions held?

The online live group coaching sessions are typically held once a month and are scheduled in advance so members can plan around them.  These sessions enable members to engage with Team Being Humanly and peers in real-time, working with topics that are hot and on top!

What topics are covered in the online live group coaching sessions?

The coaching sessions cover a range of topics relevant to transforming service in the disability sector, such as: change, strategy, systems, current best thinking for service delivery, learning and development, and organisational development.  Tools and resources will be offered up as relevant, requested or required.

What happens if I can't attend a live coaching session?

No worries if you miss a live session. All our coaching sessions are recorded and made available on the membership platform, allowing you to catch up at your convenience and ensure you don't miss out on valuable insights.

How does the peer support aspect of the Membership work?

Members have access to peer support community forums where they can connect with, and learn from, fellow members from a range of support services. They can ask questions, share experiences, and exchange resources in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Is there a designated moderator or facilitator for the peer support community forums?

Yes, the peer support community forums are moderated by Team Being Humanly who ensure that discussions remain respectful, inclusive, and focused on constructive dialogue.

How do members access the private online platform?

Upon sign-up to the Membership, members are provided with unique login details to access the private online platform. This platform serves as a hub for sharing resources, engaging in discussions, and accessing tools and information.

Is there a limit to the number of individuals who can sign up from a single organisation?

No! There is no limit to the number of individuals who can sign up from a single organisation. This Membership aims to be inclusive and welcomes participation from all interested individuals within your organisation.

What kind of support can I expect if I encounter challenges using the platform?

Our team is here to help with any technical or navigational issues you might face. Support is available via email, phone, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
